It is in the now that we abstain from doubt and regression. Within these mere seconds of the day we decide to walk with conviction towards a dream some deem impossible. It is at this moment we dare ourselves to hope against all hope that our passion that guides leads to a desired destination.

Poet, short story writer, novelists, and playwright Chiquita Lawon Ferdinand was born in Milton Florida on June 30 1982. Having written several manuscripts of various genres and themes she has chosen her first publishing debut to be her book of poetry. The book entitled, “Journey” serves an introduction to mainstream society of her work and make way for future projects to come.
