J.M. Fulgham born and raised in Buffalo, New York graduated from the State University of New York Buffalo (SUNY), with a B.A. in Legal Studies and from Central Michigan University with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Currently resides in the greater Washington DC Metro area and works for the Department of Homeland Security as a Management Analyst.
