James R. Peters, MLM, RCE, CAE, e-PRO

James (Jim) Peters was born and educated in Rhodesia (Zimbabwe), served that country as Aide to the Governor, District Commissioner, Magistrate and Officer Commanding Internal Affairs (Psychological Warfare).  He was appointed a Member of the Order of the Legion of Merit (MLM) for outstanding leadership and service to that country and for his efforts in bringing peace to the war-torn Honde Valley, the subject of Dawn of Deliverance.

He moved to Florida with his family in 1979 and has lived in South Carolina Association for last sixteen years.

He is married to Sallie and they have three children and eight grand-children.
