K.L. Brady, a D.C. native, lives just outside of Washington with her son, William. In her “tween” years, she and her mother moved to Bellaire, Ohio, where she eventually graduated from Bellaire High School and briefly attended the University of Akron. She now works for a government contracting firm, is an active real estate agent with Exit Realty, and a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.  Brady is also an alumnus of the University of the District of Columbia and University of Maryland University College, earning a B.A. in Economics and M.B.A., respectively.
